Order Placement Guidelines

Welcome to the CISH Sports Kit Shop!

You can access the online shop through the link:

Or by scanning the QR Code: 

1. Enter the shop. 
2. Click on the DCSZ logo to enter the store.

3. Username and Password are 

   User: cishf 
   Password: 123456

4. After entering the store, you will be able to see the products for sale. 

5. Select your product and size. Please ensure you fill in the Student Name, Student Number, and the Current School Year!  

*Please note that we will cross-check your Student Number with the school coaches to confirm it is correct. You may not choose a number! 

If you do not know your Student Number, please enter 0, and we will confirm with the school for you. You may also leave a remark message with your order information when checking out. 

6. Click the “Member” button at the bottom to view all orders, track orders, and shipment statuses.

FAQ

1. All purchased items are non-refundable. 
2. Any items with a special offer or discount cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
3. Items purchased within 2 weeks can only be exchanged once with the original receipt and 

packaging. 
4. Exchange will not be accepted on items in any way worn, washed, altered, or damaged. 
5. Only items from CISH can be exchanged.
